Meet Attorney Sean P. Schulz, Esquire

Born and raised in Central Florida, a true Floridian at heart, Attorney Sean P. Schulz grew up along the east coast of Florida, graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies at the University of Central Florida in 2013, and eventually proceeded to study law at Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. In 2017, while working full-time as a litigation paralegal defending insurance companies, he graduated cum laude and earned his Juris Doctorate from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. In 2018, Mr. Schulz was admitted to the Florida Bar and is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Before becoming a practicing attorney, Mr. Schulz learned the tricks of the trade working as a seasoned litigation paralegal under a select few experienced insurance defense attorneys for close to a decade. During this time, he acquired extensive knowledge while defending a vast majority of the carriers that write insurance policies in the State of Florida in many different areas, including property damage, pre-suit claims handling, good and bad faith claims handling, general liability, personal injury, and workers compensation. While focusing on insurance defense, he also gained experience in the areas of general civil litigation, foreclosure defense, bankruptcy, and equine matters.
Prior to joining KS Law Group, PLLC, Attorney Schulz worked as an Associate Attorney at some of the most established law firms in the Central Florida and Orlando area representing both homeowners and insurance companies. Mr. Schulz started his legal practice defending insurance companies in state and federal court in disputes in the areas of first and third-party property, PIP, commercial general liability, liability coverage claims, and various other litigation matters.
After working on the insurance defense side for close a decade, he then decided that his vast legal knowledge and experience would do more justice representing the people within his own Florida community. For this reason, Attorney Schulz began representing individuals, homeowners, contractors, associations, and businesses directly and has now gone on to represent thousands of different clients on a countless number of cases regarding varying legal issues and topics.
Mr. Schulz has been recognized as a top-producing attorney because he has successfully recovered millions of dollars for his clients. His extensive experience comes from working with thousands of claims and litigation cases that he has personally handled over the years.
