Katherine A. Krepfle’s family moved to Florida from the Midwest to raise their children in the State of Florida where she has always called Central Florida home. While working for a law firm focusing on civil recovery, civil litigation, and real estate, she earned both her bachelor’s degree and her master’s degree in business administration from Stetson University in DeLand, Florida.
In 2017, while continuing to gain vast legal and business knowledge working as a paralegal for over 10 years, Katherine A. Krepfle earned her Juris doctorate while graduating cum laude from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. Ms. Krepfle received multiple Book Awards while she was in law school, she served as a Senior Editor for Law Review, a Teacher Assistant, and a Research Assistant.
During this time, Katherine Krepfle also acquired expansive experience working as a paralegal at an established real estate, business law, and probate law firm representing various types of clients, from individuals to corporations. Here, she assisted with and managed the residential and commercial sale and purchase transactions, professional closing and title services, escrow services, permitting and easement issues, foreclosure, evictions, and landlord and tenant disputes. Attorney Krepfle also assisted clients with the formation of entities, reviewing and preparing various contracts and wills, probate proceedings, and guardianship matters.
Katherine A. Krepfle’s real estate and business law experience led her straight into the insurance industry at KS Law Group, PLLC where she has now represented hundreds of clients with insurance-related issues.
